FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS (of which instructions form part):
1. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over excluding employees and their families of Tayto Group Ltd, their agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter the prize draws, log onto www.taytonation.com and enter your 10 character promotional code found on the back of promotional 35g packs of Tayto Cheese & Onion, Smoky Bacon, Salt & Vinegar, Spring Onion, Pickled Onion, Prawn Cocktail and Wuster Sauce crisps as well as packs of Tayto Onion Rings. You will also find promotional codes printed on 25g single crisp packs inside promotional multipacks of Tayto Crisps (12 and 20 pack assorted and 12 and 20 pack Cheese & Onion and 10 pack of Onion Rings).
3 Final Closing Date for draw entries: 23.05.10 No responsibility can be accepted for entries delayed or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
4. Only one promotional code may be entered per person per day, and each promotional code may be entered once only.
5. There are 100 prizes to be won every day from 15.03.10 to 23.05.10 inclusive : 40 Tayto Nation Mugs, 20 Tayto Nation Mousemats, 15 Tayto Nation Pairs of Socks, 15 Tayto Nation Boxer Shorts and 10 Tayto Nation Umbrellas (7000 prizes in total).
6. In the event that any day’s draw is undersubscribed, the Promoter reserves the right to roll any unawarded prizes over into a separate draw or draws within the promotional period.
7. All valid daily draw entries will also be automatically entered into a Weekly Prize Draw 15.03.10 to 23.05.10 inclusive for the chance to win a European City break for two.
8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter prize draws. To request a promotional code, send your name and address to ‘Tayto Nation NPN’, PO Box 67, Newtownabbey, BT36 4YQ. Only one promotional code request per stamped envelope per day. Allow 10 days for code delivery
9. Entries for each day’s draw must be received by midnight each day.
10. 100 winners will be drawn randomly by computer programme from all valid entries received each day and winners will be notified by email within 24 hours. Please allow 28 days for receipt of prizes.
11. All valid daily entries received up to midnight on Sunday of each week, will automatically be entered into the Weekly Prize Draw which will be held each Monday. 1 entry selected at random by an independently verified computer programme will win that week’s European City Break prize. The Weekly Prize winner will be notified in writing within 48 hours.
12. Each weekly prize draw winner must retain their promotional pack to claim their prize.
13. There are 10 x Weekly Prize Draws to 1 of 10 European Cities, pre-determined on the website in the week prior to draw. Each trip will be for 2 people and will consist of return flights from Belfast or Dublin and 2 nights’ B&B accommodation in a 3 or 4 Star Hotel. Winners must arrange their own travel insurance and transfers to and from airports. Booking will be through Oasis Travel and all dates subject to availability. All travel must be booked and taken by 19.12.10
14. Each weekly prize winner will take part in reasonable photographic and other publicity in connection with this promotion.
15. The name and county of each weekly prize draw winner will be published on the website at least one week after each draw date. These details will be available for a minimum period of three months. If contact is not made with the winner in the first attempt, 3 more attempts will be made during consecutive week. If contact is not made by then, the winner will have an additional 7 days to contact the promoter. After this point the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
16. All prizes to be taken as stated. There are no cash or other alternatives.
17. Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

No purchase necessary participants can enter the prize draw by sending their pack codes to the address stated. 19. You can also buy TAYTO Nation merchandise via the online shop. No orders will be accepted over the telephone.
20.Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards. No cheques will be accepted.
21. Price includes packaging and VAT (if applicable) at 17.5%. Postage will be at extra cost.
22. You may return/exchange unwanted items to Tayto Nation Merchandise PO Box 67, Newtownabbey, BT36 4YQ within 21 days to receive a full refund including return postage cost or exchange, providing goods are returned in original condition and you have filled in the returns/exchange form.
23. Please allow 21 days for delivery of your goods.
24. No responsibility accepted for incoming goods (e.g. returns/exchanges of merchandise) lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
25. Your personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be destroyed afterwards unless you have specifically requested to receive further information or promotions from Tayto Group Ltd.
